One of my favorite bars! Great atmosphere, the 241 cocktails until 11pm is awesome too. Would recommend this bar for sure

Just got asked for student I.d. on an August bank holiday. I've been going in this bar since before it was Solomons. Very strange attitude to take in a local village. Place was dead. Enjoy their student loans running out

I'm a regular at Southside but have to say that the recent changes to the food menu are divine! Plenty of veg options, very accommodating portions to share, really attentive and fast service too. Come for the happy hours between 9-11 to take advantage of bogof on their delicious cocktails and bottles beers (it can get very busy but the service is always very fast and quality is not compromised.). Atmosphere and music have always been a good vibe, staff show real care and love of what they do.

Was a great place until I became the oldest person in the room. Food was okay, would of been better if the girl at the bar had got my order right the first time.. was one guy on the bar that was absolutely fantastic, didn't serve me but anticipated everything I needed, napkins, a coaster dark hair guy, His service was absolutely on point and I really appreciated it.

I went to Southside Tequila Joint the other day with my friend to try out their new brunch menu. OH MY GOD. If you live around Withington you definitely need to stop by. The food is absolutely amazing and the drinks are so so strong. I had the Bacon quesadilla accompanied with Breakfast Margarita and it was delicious. Plus- times are tough at the moment so you will appreciate the fact it's all very well priced- i mean how can you say no to a margarita for a fiver! The staff is also absolutely amazing and made sure we had everything we needed :)
