I recently went there with 9 friends for Sunday lunch. We were on a girls weekend at Bluestone celebrating a couple of 40th birthdays. The staff were wonderful and couldn't have done more to help us enjoy and celebrate. On top of that the Sunday roast for superb! Such good value for money. Next time I return to the area I'll definitely be making a reservation for food. 😁
Location is great if your staying on site or at a nearby campsite. But is very rural. Food was amazing, really good portions and reasonably priced. Great selection of beers. Cosy and friendly atmosphere. Kids area was fun and wild.
We were camping 2-3 miles away and were recommended this place by the campsite owner for our evening meal. The pub was fairly quiet when we visited with just a couple of tables occupied outside. It has a large car park and its own children's play area. The menu selection was OK with a decent amount of choice including children's choices. The venue is a little dated but well kept and the quality of service and food and drinks was good.
Stopped for food. The service was amazing, all waiting staff were very attentive and came to check on us regularly. Food was good, portions were big and kids were kept entertained. Definitely recommended!
Stopped for some food with that family post-Folly Farm. Great pub grub venue with all your typical pub grub food, but with that home made taste. Local pies served. Delicious! Very reasonable prices, nicely presented food with side salads. Fun park out front. Staff friendly and fun. Great evening watching the family play in the park and having a cider.
