Nice and friendly..for a half pint..
Bartender with black hair and beard was horrible. got angry for us wanting to play pool and was very clearly drunk on shift. would not recommend, even the beer was off. shame...
Argyle on tour!! The Brooklands pub was packed solid so we legged it to this pub......not too far away. Nice real ales....found a Bombardier for the first time for years at £2.65 !! Nice staff and a friendly pub and we sat outside in the early evening sun.....Good pub. And ....we won against Shrewsbury!
The landlord was amazing, so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for him. Can’t recommend enough! Definitely worth a visit! Thank you Gordie for the amazing service and atmosphere! I’ll be back soon!
Welcoming atmosphere, nice licensee, reasonable prices. I have a small group that meets there twice a month and we are always made welcome. Pity there is nit a bigger clientele; we cannot afford to lose such places
