Popped in for food, parking tricky and poorly signposted. Before we'd even got inside someone was laughing at us and playing pranks trying to misdirect us to a different entrance. Then some barfly told me we needed to "pay a toll" for not being local. Had stopped serving early anyway so we left. Full of local idiots, wouldn't spend a penny in there. 10/10 do not recommend. I feel sorry for the management if that's their customers.
Beer garden could do with a bit of a tidy up, but good beer
Comfortable local with two handpulls, Doom Bar and HPA. Beer in very good nick (3.90 a pint). Menu not sampled.
Lovely pub with great food. Well worth the visit at any time of the year.
Lovely little pub. Owners were extremely welcoming. Would highly recommend a visit if your like cosy local pubs
