I couldn't get inside as there was a lot of steps. As it was warm weather I sat outside whilst my companion went in to order. The young man brought my drink out to me.
We booked just 3 days before for 15 people for Sunday lunch, and had such a wonderfully easy experience! Jacqui was very accommodating even with some last minute changes. The food was lovely, we all left very full and feeling very much welcomed to the area! 10/10 would recommend.
Lovely traditional country pub serving fantastic food at great prices, served by friendly, helpful staff. Decent choice of cask ales as well. Try the Pie Dinner! Lovely views from the garden out front.
Enjoyed lunch outside - veggie burger and panini. Friendly service. The dog loved her doggy ice cream.
Great help when organising a large booking of 15 people, all food ordered via email and was ready 5 mins after sitting down, some of the food was very nice, some not too bad, reasonably priced and worth a visit if your in the area.
