Lovely local pub how pubs used to be.
Nice pub with lovely staff. Unfortunately there was no draught beers and very little bottled beer in the fridges either. But we still enjoyed our night in the pub and were made to feel very welcome.
Lucky wondered into this pub whilst staying near by for a short break Both landlord & locals were extremely friendly We throughly enjoyed it and went every back day for the duration of our stay in the area
Spit and sawdust, if you like that then great. But no ale on and there was a pile of dead wasps on the windowsill by our table. I hear they do regular live music, may be worth a visit for that but wasn't on when we were there so can't comment.
