Love this pub. It's like going back to the seventies early eighties. Sitting here if an afternoon you see the locals just popping in for a couple of swift ones before tea. The decor is reminiscent of the pub that time forgot. The characters swilling away are intriguing but friendly enough. Going back tomorrow for an extended stay I think. You can keep you modern bars with the beardsters serving up daft drinks. The Ship will do for me.
