Shocking bouncers who are now demanding for girls to log into online banking at door to confirm who they are?? They are standing watching people put their log in details in? Is a passport and/or driving licence not enough? If you don’t want to admit entrance do it on the grounds you’re not happy with I.D not this completely unacceptable demand! You are breeching security and data protection laws by asking people to log into personal banking in front of you, I will be reporting this to the police in the morning. If you want this club to be 25+ then advertise it as that! You should be thankful young folk want to come to this club in Shawlands there are much better places to go to in the City Centre, but this place being more local suits a lot of people, the bouncers are seriously letting this place down, they were extremely rude and cheeky to my daughter and her friends also, again completely no need for it! Absolute power trip, these girls trying to go the club are all current university students studying Law, Politics, and Medicine to name a few with more brain cells in their pinky toe that these clowns manning the doors put together. Give this place a miss and go to Kokomo or Bamboo, much nicer door staff and better clubs
Went in with a pal, paid £10 entry and bought two drinks for another tenner and were then immediately kicked out for no reason. We got a table and were having a dance and a security guard out of the blue claimed we had been "profane" towards him. We were in and out within 5-10 mins. Completely surreal experience. No truth to their claim but there is no way to argue and they became hostile. Complete power trip pushing us out the door and laughing at us. Not sure if it's a scam to take people's money, a case of mistaken identity, security guards being mini tyrants or because we didn't fit the teeny bopper demographic. Avoid avoid avoid!!
Was in for the Scotland game yesterday, not enough staff on in the bars. The top floor bar had the worst service. Wee red head with glasses was slowly walking around the bar with no purpose. Occasionally lifting her head to serve someone then started flattening cardboard boxes. Queue was well into the dance floor most of the day
The way we were treated by the bouncers of this place was shocking. My girlfriend and her friend was thrown out for “trying to start a fight” which was completely untrue. Then while they were outside the female bouncer refused to tell anyone else what had happened and would not let them get their jackets. It was a freezing cold night in January and these young girls were left outside in the cold with no way of getting home. We paid over £160 for a booth for my birthday and this is how we are treated. I would not go back.
