The Sarsen Stones in Farnborough is a modern pub with a mystical, prehistoric connection. For we are located on a site where 500 of the same kind of stones used to build Stonehenge once stood.

very attentive and friendly waitress gave excellent service, on what was a very busy day. I did think the starter could have been delivered quicker than 40 minutes after arrival. However food, all courses was pretty good, and good value.
Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We were a large party and they managed us well. However, soup wasn't hot. Carrots were missing from the roast turkey and the Christmas pudding was more like a cake than pudding and many people were disappointed by that. We have had better at the Sarsen stones. Overall an enjoyable evening.
I absolutely love the Sarsen Stones. The food and the staff are all amazing I’ve tried quite a few of their dishes from starters to mains and they have never disappointed me. All the staff are brilliant and really friendly, but one lady who waited on me and my family, most of all if a lady called Mandy. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is okay. Drinks are out on time, food is perfect you name it she’s on it. She always has the biggest smile on her face when you walk in the door, and she always says a big hello. Compliments to the chef as well, as I know we don’t see you guys, but you’re doing hard work behind them doors cooking to everyone standards and you’ve always met mine and my families. Price is more than reasonable food and drinks wise. It’s also got such a cozy feeling in winter, but I love! Thank you for always making it such amazing experience, we will definitely be back, of course. Thanks again Aaron.
Amazing food with great presentation. Staff were lovely and quick. Atmosphere was very nice as well.
Great food and comfortable seating! Food took a little while but it was worth the wait! Staff were excellent and we're very attentive. They also have an outdoor play area for children! The only bad thing was that they bought all the starters out and just left my 4 year old really hungry. We wanted her food with ours. When our food came out it was a good temperature but my daughters was boiling and took a very long time to cool down!

The Plough & Horses is a traditional local pub situated in the village of Cove just 4 miles from Farnborough. Whilst the pub has a lively atmosphere, the low ceilings and open fire (during the colder months) also bring about a cosy feel to the pub.
