Arrived later than scheduled and Naomi on reception had kindly waited until we arrived. Very friendly welcome. The room ( more of a suite ) was clean and well equipped, bed really comfortable and just about had a sea view despite not facing the sea. Great location for eating at the Noisy Lobster and enjoying Mudeford beach for a morning swim.
Stayed over for the weekend with friends and kiddies.. lovely big rooms , view gorgeous and reception lady excellent. Definitely go back again.
Haven't stayed here - yet - but was very taken with the overall ambience and character of the place, and was particularly taken with the receptionist, Naomi, who was so very lovely and very very helpful, and very patient too dealing with my raft of questions. We're hoping to stay sometime next year, as and when that happens I'll write a proper, in depth review!!
Lovely and special place to visit , been coming here since I was a child 20 plus years ago so the park has always held a special place in my heart and I had the pleasure to bring my own children here on multiple visits now . The park is in an amazing location right on the sea front . Unfortunately the only downside currently is the lack of children’s entertainment, no on site shop , only serving pizzas in the way of food and the pool shuts quite early . I understand the parks target market has shifted to privately owned caravans , so the accommodation is limited now to their own apartments which are beautiful . We’ve stayed in the roundall apartment several times and this is amazing because it opens straight out onto the pool pretty much so was very good for getting the kids in and out . I really feel that this is a great place to visit but more so for couples or families with older children . We felt very limited with our two (3 and 7 ) as there is only the outdoor pool and then the park at the back . However it is great for crabbing on mudeford quay (walking distance) and visiting Avon beach
Just back from a lovely weeks holiday at Sandhills. We were in a pet friendly apartment on the ground floor. It was very very nice. The furnishings were really nice. I was pleasantly surprised. The location is hard to beat. Parking space so no need to try and find one at Mudeford Quay ! The staff were exceptionally nice. I would definitely recommend.
