Ordered onion ring after food and they came out on their own bad organisation burgers came 15mins after them and the burgers was worse than a Mcdonald, the chips where black inside with what I used to call eyes
Lovely carvery meal mid afternoon on a Sunday - all staff were very helpful, James on food counter was friendly and one control. It was quite busy but more than enough for available and seating. Faye was friendly when checking on us upon finishing our meal. Regularly come to Sandbrook for breakfasts too. 5 ⭐ today from me
The staff are very friendly, bar staff was amazing was serviced by a lady called von the service was amazing, the young gentleman on pizza station (leo) was amazing, he makes the best burgers. Best one I’ve had from here. And a massive thank you to the lady who brought my food out (Loz I think she called, she is short with black shirt) she went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect for me,
We went today, Boxing day, as a party of 21 for a family meal. We had a fantastic time. The food was spot on and served promptly. The staff were absolutely fabulous. A big thank you to them all. It was great value for money too. We didn't feel rushed and were all made very welcome. We'll definatley be booking again for next year.
