Great food, great beer and nice atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and efficient.
Popped in for refreshments on a Sunday lunchtime. It was busy, food smelt good and there were plenty of customers eating. Cosy bar/lounge and separate eating area. Nice outside beer garden, friendly people, beer selection OK and by the taste obviously we'll looked after. Saw the signs for accommodation, but, as only popping in didn't look at it.
Food was fantastic all four of us had different meals and food allergies catered for . Food took quite a while but didn’t mind as all home cooked and fresh. Service not great 3 of us finished so took our plates before 4th had finished then took 4th plate while he was still eating his burger . Felt rushed we were told table was needed later when booked table so they booked it 15 minutes earlier than we first wanted it which was also fine however seemed like our table was wanted never got option of desert . Did say to barman food was lovely but service was shocking he did not acknowledge this . Will not return or recommend for this reason which is a shame as food was good .
Friendly service & the food was amazing & reasonably priced . Friendly local atmosphere love the place ! Get yourself down there u won't be disappointed!
Lovely pub well appointed. Comfortable and airy. Lovely welcome. Food was excellent my pasta dish was outstanding. Great price . A real must to visit.
