£2.20 for a cup of tea at a funeral wake was daylight robbery Especially when you had to make it yourself! ! Bleach all over toilet seat ruined my sister’s new trousers. They won’t accept responsibility and deny using bleach! Whatever, the smell of bleach was overwhelming in the pub itself never mind the toilets!

Don’t be put off by the looks when you first enter as an outsider. As soon as you order you are one of the boys. Don’t provide their own darts. I would have expected more from such an established place. Probably for safety, but fyi bring your own

We had a great night.. Karaoke was second to none. Locals made us welcome. And the drinks fairly priced. The staff were all nice

Small pleasant pub.Great beer, well run and a cheerful venue. Everything you need for a few drinks and good atmosphere. Just an update revisited after not being in for a while. Still has all its charm, character and warmth. If you are in the area call in and enjoy quality drinks, served with a smile in a relaxing atmosphere.

Great function room, back ground music could of been better turned up a notch, and maybe move the tables in the middle couldnt get past for toilet ... not suitable for wheelchairs.... bar area looked really nice ... will visit for a real pint again
