We went for the gold package brewery tour and wasn’t disappointed at all, the tour was very interesting, informative and above all fun, our tour guide Chris was very funny and made the two hour tour go all too quickly, the ploughman lunch, which was included in the price was more than adequate for two and was very tasty, the samples came next and then the “golden hour” of drinks. The building itself is lovely and very welcoming to both humans and furry friends too. 100% recommend and 100% will be visiting again.

A good sized, dog friendly bar with fruendly bar staff. We tried some of the own brewed ales and beer battered fish and chips for lunch. Big portions and we couldn't manage it all. We also had a Grainstore breakfast and devoured it - sausage was good too! Bottomless tea, coffee and orange juice - can't go wrong. The place was getting packed on Saturday night as a band was due to play around 9pm. All in all a great place to eat, drink and be merry 😀.

We had an excellent meal here yesterday. A few of us had been before for drinks and a roast which is always amazing. The food was great and the service was amazing. There were 16 of us, so the chef and staff did so well to get everything sorted for us so efficiently. Thanks for making my 40th birthday meal with my family so memorable. We will all be back! 😀

Excellent, characterful beers brewed right here on the premises. Walked in at midday to find them loading the sacks of hops (?) on to a hoist and winching them up through a trap door in the ceiling. Sort of beery dumb waiter. Now where else would you find these shenanigans going on? Worth a full 5*s for this class act alone!!

Pretty good place. The beer is made on-site, just upstairs. Mostly bitters, but really good nonetheless. The food was good, not great. I had fish and chips, the wife a cauliflower soup. The fish was a bit soggy. My wife really liked the soup. The staff were very nice. Cool atmosphere.
