The food is absolutely amazing, considering this is a pub the food is of restaurant standard, and good restaurant standard at that, truly wonderful flavours and cooked perfectly and with a great variety to suit all tastes and occasions this little gem of a place I would recommend to anyone liking Himalayan/British fusion food in a local warm and friendly pub setting, this is a dog friendly pub which is lovely to see (bar part only) and have a wonderful garden with a small stream running through it, with a good childs play area with climbing frames, all in all a great all round place but the food is a must for sure
Amazing lunchtime pre-Christmas meal with friends. I had the Gurkha Chicken Curry, and my friends had Chicken Chowmein and a Paneer Curry. Amazing. But it was very quiet so I could not really judge the atmosphere.
My friends and I ate from the Nepalese menu and it was amazing. Fresh, tasty and lots of it
Ordered online and received a wrap, in very good time, but full of mouldy lettuce. My partners was absolutely fine so no idea how that happened - They've started an "Internal investigation" but nothing more than that. Definitely won't order again.
We came here for food for the first time 2 weeks ago and we were surprised to find a Himalayan menu. The food was delicious. I am not big fan of spicy food so this says a lot. Today we went again and we were not disappointed. Really happy with the food. There is a play area for little ones and the river running through keeps them interested and entertained. Lovely atmosphere and great outside spaces, in the garden and on the covered terrace. Some of the staff need a bit more training and courtesy. But we will definitely be coming back again 🤩🤩😋
