Proper pub,skittle Alley,decent pint at a good price,and good service. Recommended.
Worst pub in existence. The sooner it gets closed down and made into a convenience store, the better. Apparently it’s acceptable to blast terrible music into the surrounding neighbourhood, so that anyone wanting to enjoy the Summer can’t even open a window. Shocking.close it down!
One of the cleanest pub I have been in, and with the the friendiest of staff to boot. It could be because of the time of my visit, wish I doubt very much. Even the game area was very clean and the pool table as clean and inviting as new. Oh, the coffee was very cheap at £1.
If your looking for a no nonsense good old fashioned pub this is it. Chick and Rosie are both friendly and fun staff. Not forgetting Ozzy the dog. The price of a pint is great and being a new comer to the west country I haven't met one unwelcoming patron yet. Superb pub.
