Amazing meal tonight, food was fresh, tasty and well presented will definitely be back 😊
Went to the Royal Hotel for dinner this evening as we had noticed they have a new menu. We had camembert and arancini to start and salmon and steak for mains. food was amazing, great kids options too, would defo recommend
Very disappointing. Room supposedly exclusive suite was small, lacking in any ambiance & food crumbs on floor. Ensuite was again small with no toilet roll . When window was opened to get rid of large blue bottle the whole sash frame came out !! Very dangerous & unacceptable. Left immediately with full refund. Needs total refurbishment. On line photos totally misleading.
Room needs re-renovating. Staff is lovely except for temporary manager who is barely any help. Food was nice. Breakfast was spot on. Isabel from waiting staff is amazing so is Nichola. 13 lights in our room but only 6 work. Bed was rock hard. Shower was small and water was ice cold. Window has a door hinge to hold it open, not very safe. Room should have a mini fridge in it. The menu was lacking. Whole menu was overpriced. The walls and radiators are disgusting. Huge crack in wall. Curtains need to be blackout ones. No where to sit apart from our room after 8:30 in the evening. No communal area. Hotel and rooms look nothing like the pictures. When you look out of room No.9 window you can look straight into other peoples windows unintentionally. Will not be returning
I've had a really good night here. Really enjoyed my experience here. Outstanding customer service provided by Nicola especially and the room was very clean and tidy. Bed was super comfy and massive. In the morning I had a full breakfast which was well prepared. Couldn't say a single thing wrong about this experience.
