This place has been my new local for the past 5 months now. Clean, welcoming and cheap compared to most places given its city centre location. Cannot recommend highly enough! Only thing I would change is the pool table being 50p per game rather than £1 per game, like most competitors in the area.
Nice pub, chilled out atmosphere and friendly staff. Lots on tap and lots of options for spiritus, but less available in terms of craft or real ale.
Fantastic meal at the The Rovers Return. Fresh hot food and huge portions and reasonable prices. Has been refurbed. Under new management. Three of us had a great meal and evening at this place. For the whole of August there are also great discounts on drinks and food on certain days. Don't miss out! We happily ate here paying full price for food and it's worth it.
Within a few minutes walk from Deansgate this traditional pub offers a warm welcome with a good range of beers and ales. Very reasonable prices definitely worth a visit.
