We went here for a family members birthday who lives locally. It’s a great Pub, loads of space, inside and out. The staff are really friendly and attentive. They were really kind and brought out a cake for the birthday boy. The food was great too, great little starters, the burrata was a firm hit with our table. I had the beef shin for my main and it was amazing. All in all a fab experience and would happily go back there, it’s a really nice quiet area too.
We have stayed at the Station Hotel many times. It is just lovely. Perfectly located next to the Hither Green train station with easy access to central London. The Station Inn pub downstairs has a great atmosphere and good food, and you can’t hear any of the pub noise in the rooms. The room itself is a bit dated, but it is clean and bright. We'll definitely keep coming back.
I just spent 9 days here again after a tremendous time last year. There is so much to love. The staff are efficient and friendly, adding the breakfast is a MUST (and they do a vegetarian full English that is out of this world) the price is right, and the room is very cozy. It's also just off the Southeastern rail line so getting around is a breeze. The restaurant is great, the vegetarian wellington for Sunday Roast is also a must eat and they have one of the best veggie burgers I've ever eaten. The pub is great, too. Amazing drinks and not super noisy, I never heard anything when sleeping. Will always book here for a London visit. Everyone should!
Spent over a week here, very happy with the choice of hotel. The room was comfy, the shower was great, and they gladly supplied an iron and wall adapter upon request. The location is hard to beat for convenience, street parking wasn't too difficult and the short walk to the train made it easy to get around London. Even being located above a pub, I never considered it being too loud with a fan running in the room. It was warm outside during the day, but the fan provided kept me nice and cool. One note for the owner on room 5 I stayed in, the street light is perfectly aligned with the gap in the shades and shines a bright light on the pillows of the bed. I improvised and blocked the light, but some adjustment could be made to prevent this, such as window tint.
We stayed here while visiting family who live locally. The room was clean and to a good standard with a comfortable bed. Very helpful and attentive staff made our stay a delight. We ate breakfast and dinner in the pub which was to a lovely standard, my compliments to the chef. The pub was lively but family orientated during the day and it closed at 11 so we had a very restful few nights sleep. All in all I would thoroughly recommend the Station Hotel.
