Time until you can enjoy yourself inside a pub with 5 mates
Our aim is to make the Rose & Crown a thriving local and a place that people of all ages feel welcome
The Rose & Crown is one of Heston’s oldest buildings, dating back to the time of Charles II, and the recent refurbishment has been sympathetic to its heritage. Features such as oak beams, sash windows and a display of historical pictures of Heston and the pub have been retained and warm colours used but the layout has been reconfigured creating different areas for customers. There are now cosy corners and comfortable sofas as well as high ‘posing’ tables and stools in the new bar.
The kitchen has been extended and refitted so that the Rose & Crown can serve food. The menu focuses on pub favourites from fish and chips to pies and includes children’s meals. Dishes are home made and freshly prepared and produce bought from local suppliers wherever possible. Fresh bean coffee is being served all day and John and Natasha will be introducing morning breakfasts and afternoon teas with homemade cakes in the coming weeks.
