Really lovely cosy pub with a warm feel as soon as you walk in. The staff very really friendly and perfectly attentive. We had delicious food and they were more than happy to make substitutions for us to suit our tastes. Really good portions sizes and we all left happily full. 😊 Would definitely recommend.
Excellent experience, in for just drinks and was tempted by the food. Service was excellent. The staff were so polite and their recommendations were perfect.
A busy local pub with a friendly feel. Pleasant & attentive staff. We booked a table for 2 for Sunday lunch. All courses were of a substantial size. Prawn cocktail, battered hallumi, roast chicken breast, roast beef, apple crumble with custard & chocolate fudge cake with ice cream. All were very tasty & well presented. A selection of hand pulled & on tap beers & lagers. Pool table & beer garden. A nice cosy pub.
Spent a couple of days in nearby holiday cottage so popped in for a couple off drinks with our pup. Very friendly and welcoming staff( Tammy) . Some dog treats and a bowl of water was welcome. Had a couple of pints and some wine in the beer garden. Very chilled end to the day 😌
Pre booked a Motorhome stopover .. Great friendly staff, a small menu but less is More .. Great 'homecooked' well presented food .. We had the lasagne salad and garlic bread .. A small choice, but Very well kept, real ale 🍺 ... Thanks, Wendy ? & Team .. We'll certainly revisit 👍 5 🌟 Lot's to visit nearby..
