I went there yesterday with the girlfriend for her birthday, we had the Wagyu slider for a starter and they were lovely. I had the teriyaki glazed salmon which tasted lovely, and the girlfriend had a lamb kebab dish, I'm not a huge lamb fan but I tasted it and it was good. Knocking off 1 star as considering it's a restaurant the music was quite loud, also I asked 2 waiters for my bill and got ignored for 10-15 minutes until I just got up myself and requested someone else bring us the bill as we had to leave.
Had a lovely Sunday Roast here. The food was delicious and the restaurent was clean and was decorated wonderfully for Halloween. Service from start to finish was impeccable. Amy was wonderful at front of house and made us feel really welcomed and comfortable with our 3 children with us. Sherry provided us with exceptional customer service, was kind, friendly and went above and beyond for us. From providing food recommendations to serving us and finally going out of his way with his magic tricks - it was a wonderful afternoon which was made better because of his service. Would definitely recommend and go back again. *UPDATE* We have since become regulars at Array Essex and enjoy coming down as a family for the Sunday roast. What has been lovely is each time we come Amy (from front of house) is always so welcoming and kind. She always ensures our needs our met, for example finding a suitable table with our little baby & checking in on us during our time there. Our little baby loves seeing her each time as do we. She is truly an asset to the business.
All expectations fulfilled. Live music, style, taste, optic, presentation, taste, quality and good price - all in one place. Trendy stylish restaurant with exclusive guests. Security outside. Lights show in the bathroom. Selfi wall for stories. Separated bar for drinks. Open kitchen. Friendly service. Just memorable evening.
Really love to see Array back and running. Couldn't fault it at all. Live music singing motown classics really kept the vibe sweet. Really busy on weekends, so parking might be a little tough. Waited at the bar for a few mins till our table was ready. The bar staff were nice and fast too. Delicious food and great table service. Looking forward for a brunch date soon. Thank you.
Enjoyed an evening out. The restaurant was very glamorous! Music was a bit to loud for my child. Food was great! We tried steak, ribs ,chops and chicken skewers! I have to say the barbecue ribs was so so good however it came with the smallest portion of mash! Although a bit on the expensive side, this restaurant is good for occasions! Free car park outside the restaurant. Definitely recommend!
