Subject: Wonderful Lunch Experience at The Roebuck Pub in Richmond! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I recently had the pleasure of stopping at The Roebuck Pub in Richmond after a delightful 10 km walk in Richmond Park, where we were enchanted by the sight of majestic deer and stags. Our lunch experience at The Roebuck was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we entered, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a perfect post-walk meal. The menu offered a delightful variety, and our lunch surpassed all expectations. The culinary delights we enjoyed were truly top-notch. Each dish showcased the chef's skill and attention to detail. The Roebuck Pub not only provided a delicious meal but also offered a comfortable and relaxing environment, making it the ideal place to unwind after a long walk. The combination of a scenic walk in Richmond Park followed by a fantastic lunch at The Roebuck has made this experience truly memorable. We look forward to returning and highly recommend The Roebuck Pub to all who appreciate great food and a welcoming atmosphere. Sphinx

Not the biggest fan of Greene King bars usually, but this one is good. The walk up to it means you have earned that pint, and the views are hard to beat. Lovely little area to sit and admire them just on the other side of the road.

Super pub next to Richmond Park with great views from Richmond Hill. Though very busy, staff were very friendly. Managed to get a table upstairs as we just walked in. Ordered drinks downstairs first, and the lady behind the bar even said goodbye as we left. Really great hospitality. We had a nut roast and chicken roast, both one of the best we have had in a while, the grave for the chicken was delicious, Yorkshire puds and roasties were on point too. Though I didn't check that the chicken didn't come with any Yorkshire pudding but got 2 delivered very promptly. Stick toffee to finish was spot on as well, definitely enough for 2 to share after a hearty roast. Serve a very decent pint of guiness, too. Great work by the team front and back of house! Keep up the great work.

What a fantastic pub! It's 300 years old and it and its view are protected from development! There is a good selection of beverages to choose from. The Thatchers fusion cider is really good! They also serve food. The staff is extremely friendly. I think one of the people I talked to may also own the pub. She is very proud of the establishment. You can get plastic pint cups and go across the road to sit on the benches and take in the magnificent view while enjoying a pint of ale or cider. I love the interior decor. It's cozy and had a warm feeling about it. Restrooms are on the ground floor. Stop in for a pint if you find yourself in Richmond!

We stopped for lunch during our day out in Richmond. It was a lovely lunch with kind service! We ordered the salt & pepper squid (which was nicely deep fried), beef sirloin ciabatta (crusty toasted bread, perfectly cooked medium rare), steak and ale pie (nice thick tender chunks of beef, nicely flavored). Had sticky toffee sticky pudding - soft and spongy, buttery caramel! Also had shandy which was really good! Would recommend coming back and would love to try the Sunday roast another time!
