Lisa served us today (10/01/2024) and she was really helpful, as we were trying to deposit cash into a Lloyds bank account. With the limited Post Office and Banking facilities that Wymondham has, it does mean there is often a long queue, which the staff can't help. We appreciate all that the staff at Limetree Avenue do. Thank you!

Just stood in the Queue to have one of the staff shout at me like a naughty school child saying "You, YES YOU! at the end, I'm not going to have time to serve you as I am closing for my lunch". There was still 8 mins until 12-30, no wonder the Post office services are in a mess with such rude & unhelpful staff. Won't bother ever to use Rusden's Post Office again

Absolutely brilliant post office so helpful Lisa and Lorraine and all other members of staff are always smiling and happy to help even though they are always rushed off their feet I use this post office most days and would score it more stars if I could , if you have to wait because the qeue can be sometimes quit long just remember most of the banks are shut the other post office only seems to open occasionally so give the girls a break or get up. 20 minutes earlier 😂 they are doing their best

I've used this post office since moving here and have always found the members off staff to be really friendly. You don't often find this sadly especially in london. It cannot be easy when you have a queue but the ladies behind the counter work really well as a team to get the queue down and still manage to smile and talk to you. Well done everyone.

One person serving whilst typing with one finger other colleague stood chatting to them then proceeds to also bark at you over colleagues shoulder whilst chomping on a mouthful of food. Not helpful or efficient service at all as everyone in the long queue agreed.
