I had a really positive experience at Dreams. Staff were polite but not pushy, knowledgeable and helpful. I knew I needed a mattress and the salesperson didn’t push to upsell me but rather the right mattress for my sleeping habits and I’m so happy. Reasonable prices and great quality.

My husband and I went into dreams today for a new matress. As soon as we walked in , he greeted with a pleasant smile . Not a pushy salesman! We told him what we was roughly after, and Jason ( the salesman ) made it a very comfortable, funny, non pushy experience. We were pleasantly surprised with the equipment they have to give us the results for a mixture of beds which could be suitable for us to look at. We purchased the matress , got a couple of pillows, and chucked in n all in all a good day. Would highly recommend Jason and dreams! Professional, friendly, with a realaxed atmosphere.

What a wonderful experience, the lady made us most welcome when we arrived and showed great interest in our needs. She was very well informed and helped us to make the right choice of bed for us. She made everything clear and precise during the ordering process. Will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. Thank Dreams

The mattress does not fit up the stairs, only on delivery we’re we notified, no one asked us to check sizes on mattress on ordering. We now have a bed frame and no mattress. Correct mattress cannot be sent for 4 weeks, so no bed for weeks with 2 kids under 4 years old, this is a nightmare. After spending a material sum of money here, I would never ever shop here again and actively tell others to avoid at all costs. No compensation for the issues caused by them, rubbish.

Firstly THANK YOU! After waiting MONTHS for a mattress I ordered online never to arrive I decided to give Dreams a go… When I went in the store I was greeted by a lovely lady (sorry I didn’t catch your name) who was so helpful and showed me to the Sleepmatch machine which was an experience! After this, a lovely man called Jason took me and showed me all the mattress suggestions after the analysis and was very patient and informative. Once I settled on one I liked he took me to complete the purchase that was so quick and easy. He booked me a delivery slot (the first available being in under a week!) that suited me and it was such an easy transaction. Thank you to both these guys for your help and for being so friendly today, you really helped me make the best out of a bad situation! I would recommend and I would go back! Can’t wait to get my mattress and end this air bed camping out in my bedroom! ⭐️
