The place was empty and quiet, but serving staff still needed ages to come and take our food order. After main we decided to go for dessert, unfortunately no one came with menu. We went to the bar and got it ourselves. The food was delicious, but service was very bad.
We stopped in for a bite before going to Dundee Rep Theatre and were impressed with the menu and also the quality of the food and drink on offer. The service very friendly and speedy too! The fish and chips were delicious as was the macaroni cheese. Very good value for money. We will definitely be returning!
Had a great meal in riverside inn with wife and grandchildren. I had haggis neeps and tatties, v tasty and plentiful. Kids loved the soft play which gave us some respite too. Waitress was v friendly and helpful. Would recommend
I came by Riverside for a light lunch in town and the food was not bad as bad as some of the other reviews claim. I had the fish finger sandwich with fries and truffle aioli. The sandwich bread was nice and soft and I enjoyed the salad. I felt like the sandwich was a bit bland. It needed a sharper sauce to cut through the fatty fish but overall it was pretty good! With so few options for food in Dunblane, Riverside is just fine..
Dog friendly restaurant Wow, our food was incredible!! Was left very full. Nachos were huge!! Chicken fajitas came with different sauces, 4 tortilla wraps, cheese, and sizzling chicken fajitas. Mouthwatering. The food was cooked well. Staff were friendly. Clean restaurant.
