Good pub but coffee machine not working so offered Instant coffee. Nice fire and ambiance...
We had a superb Sunday lunch today, couldn't fault it, fast, hot, delicious with lots of roast veg, Yorkshire puds and tender meat. Tables were clean, service quick. Excellent value for money.
Nice food and drink we just had a breakfast, too large 😀 delicious though. Had a few drinks in the afternoon 👍 we stayed in the council car park next door £5:50 per day night stay is free from 6pm to 9am . We have a large motor home 8 metres and this pub car park is small!! Yes it would fit though 👍
Awful food! Cheap, "Mum's gone to Iceland" vibe. - stop for a quick drink, make use of the free parking then eat elsewhere.... OK for live sports. Ok bar with adequate choice of drinks. OK ambiance. Final verdict - 😐
Great staff, but some could do with a bit more training. Nice pub/restaurant with a huge range of drinks including a few cask ales. Inside and outside dining with a lovely conservatory. A small free car park to the side. Food generally OK but missing items could be announced before choosing, rather than being told after the food is served. Reasonable prices for a tourist area.
