Food tasty. Staff lovely. Location great. Atmosphere good, Tuesday night so didn't expect a buzz. Only thing was the last two visits we've been to this pub (it's our local) there have been palletes and packing boxes in customer areas which doesn't feel appropriate (although kids liked to play hide and seek in them so gave us a little peace).
Beautiful spot, had a great mocha from the bar and ordered the nourish bowl. It was tasty. I was hoping a for a bit larger of a portion for the price. I truly appreciated the great concern for any allergies. The staff handled any and all allergies seriously and professionally. Everyone was also very nice to interact with. My wife had a virgin mojito, and it was delish. I also saw a burger come out, and it looked really tasty. Hope to get one of those on my next visit.
I would like to thank you all but particularly to Eddie for such a fantastic day. We went to Riverside to celebrate my birthday last Saturday and his service and dedication was excellent. We will definitely see you again soon!!
The very first time we found to pub after a holiday in Bournemouth it was rammed and the service was terrible. Around 2018ish. We were there early October and it was the normal great service you would wish for. The dogs were made a real fuss over as normal. We always look this pub out as a great end to our Dorset holiday. Had a really tasty meal with great wine (Pork belly with different gorgeous sides as a part of the dish to accompany it), the view from the restaurant is beautiful, the lighting and ambiance were great, and Lisa who served us was attentive and friendly. Would love to visit again
