Paul, the manager, went above and beyond to help me get a table, served, my food and drink quickly. He was professional and courteous, understanding I was short on time. He talked me through placing my order on the Greene King app and made the process really easy. I'd love to return in the hope of meeting Paul again. Food was hot, fresh and very tasty. Drinks service was quick too. Very very happy customer here. All members of staff were proactive, polite and professional and the environment was clean and relaxing. Excellent up-selling from all members of staff felt personal, not pushy. Thank you. I'll be back.
My family and I stumbled on this restaurant. It took away our imagination as we don’t eat out often. The food was great, kids menu was great for my fussy eaters. The cake was lovely and take away option available. Excellent service and friendly staff. A new place for us to visit again and again. I recommend anyone to try for themselves as the price is also lovely 👌
This is one of the best carveys I have ever been too. Not only is the food exceptional, but the price was so cheap. Highly recommended
Changing review as just come for breaky. Ordered on app food come before drinks. After 20 min had to go ask for the drinks. Just to be met with staff who have no idea how to do anything. Think about getting new management the place is a shambles Check out the pics of food posted. Looks like been left under heat lamp in kitchen for hours.... or even re heated in microwave.... Look at the video of toast one come out as bread the other come out as coal Never ever will I come again. Not cuz food so much but the staff
Food was actually really nice & came out quick. Service was friendly, didn’t have the carvery due to previous bad experience(s!) at Kings Mill farm, I know it’s a different establishment within the same chain. Anyway had the sweet chilli chicken and halloumi burger. Perfectly acceptable. Friend had the fish and chips and it didn’t look great but he said it tasted better than it looked. Service really friendly, attentive, cheery and genuine from all staff members that we came across. Drinks were expensive (as they are in green kings) but still nice. Puddings are where it’s at and I love the 3 scoops of ice cream of the most amazing flavours / toppings going. Look forward to going back!
