Beautiful place, but it’s sadly it’s out of business.
A it rough and ready but very friendly and set up in a brilliant location for Offa's Dyke. Nice but basic food. Showers and loos a bit grubby, but bearable. The price for a campervan spot is priced because of location but you can spend the same money for amazing facilities at a Camping and Caravan Club site. Captive audience Springs to mind. But a very friendly and helpful host/owner.
Great little campsite close to black mountain cc It’s now got new owners and we was the first people to try the menu Food was delicious Service fantastic I will be back
Nice spot just outside Abergavenny. Very scenic and quiet. The young owners are in the process of doing minor renovations to the bar area. Bar food is basic but nice. Reasonable prices also. £40 per night for 5 in one camper with hookup seemed a bit pricey compared to some sites but the pub on site is definitely a bonus. Washroom amenities are spacious if a bit tired but are far better than some we have subjected to.
This place is fantastic the owners are brilliant and the facilities are great been here 2 year's on the run will definitely come again next year ps the food in the pub is amazing especially the Sunday dinner that is the best I've ever had 5 star's

Reputed to be one of the oldest pubs in Wales, the Skirrid has a woven itself into history & folkore. Shakespeare himself is said to have taken inspiration from this place & Owain Glyndwr may have rallied his men on this very site.
