Rileys Solihull also offer plenty of TV screens where we will be showing all live televised matches from local teams such as Aston Villa, Coventry, West Brom and Birmingham City. Located in the town centre, we are your number one place to play snooker and pool and the perfect environment for fun with your mates!
If you’re looking for a party or meeting venue – we cater for groups, so please call in and talk to us about your requirements. We can also cater for large groups and regularly host stag parties, team-building events, and corporate events.
Junior members under the age of 14 must be always accompanied by an adult.

Great service always, The pool tables are solid and the staff are very friendly. Dan on the bar is excellent any time he serves me.

Both Daniel and Tegan were outstanding when it came to service when I went to Rileys. They always gave service with a smile and definitely put their customers 1st. Would go again.
WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE I’ve been coming to Rileys for a few years now, and over those years, I’ve seen a significant decline in several areas. The customer service (or lack thereof) is the area that I feel has been impacted the most. To give a few examples, I’ve: - Been sworn at by the manager (SB). - Waited over 1 hour to escort, and arrange transport for a drunken male (that I didn’t know) off the premises, whilst SB refused to help. - Experienced excessive waits at the counter (despite it being manned by more than enough staff). - Not had reward points added to my membership card. I can’t comment on the food, but would probably avoid that too (see below image of out of date condiments! 🤢). If you enjoy rude staff, no customer service, and overpriced pool on poorly maintained tables, then I’m sure you will enjoy your experience at Rileys.
I come to play pool at Riley's, And eat the tasty food, But then I see the prices, And get into a mood. So I chat to the friendly staff, And as usual they're all quite cool, Some of them make me laugh, But Poppy makes me drool. I try and play some pool, But her face is stuck in my mind, She really is so cool! And beautiful and kind! Then I can no longer concentrate, Because her service is so wonderful, I'm so happy she's my mate, Her personality is so colourful! She serves me my drink with her inviting smile, And I forgive her for taking a while. Cus when you look that good, You get away with murder! What's happening to me?! This poem's getting absurder! With my brains and her brawn, We'd make an excellent team! Me and my babe Poppy, Oh but I can dream! Steve - you should promote her, She's really a queen, To conclude - I enjoy Riley's! That much you should glean!
