I often visit the pub with my friend and child because its kids friendly, the food is lovely and great value. On our last few visits, we were appalled by the customer service. There is no eye contact, staff gives attitude, staff speaks publicly about customers between each other. I asked for a whisky coke, was served and paid. I was never asked if i wanted a single or double. If the staff doesnt want to work, why are they there? Why recruiting staff like that? Its destroying the whole experience

First of all when my drink arrived the cup was dirty and sticky so i couldnt even use it and even the menus are sticky as well its like they dont even clean them ever. The workers was giving attitude no reason, all i asked for was hot sauce. They gave us the wrong food and the plates were dirty. I got the tennessee chicken burger and it tasted so bad like it had no taste, i was promise 6 onions rings with it and only got 3 which was okay coz it tasted bad anyways also the bacon that came with it didnt even taste like bacon it was all rubbery and everything

Fantastic Wetherspoons pub in Bromley! Conveniently located next to the train station. Best Guinness in town! Affordable meals taste superb, better than other Wetherspoons in London. A must-visit spot for great drinks and delicious food! 10/10

The Richmal Crompton Wetherspoons in Bromley is a decent place to come and get a cheap beer. Loads of outdoor seating on the doorstep of Bromley South Station. Great offers on food, extensive menu, just a great place to meet friends for some drinks and a bite to eat! #bromley
