When I first arrived, first drink and order selection was timely. Starters of brushetta and side salad took 30 mins. The tomatoes of the brushetta were soggy. There was supposed to be garlic in it somewhere but i could not taste it. The side salad was full of unripe tomatoes. The main took another twenty-five mins but was well presented and tasted nice. Service after the initial drink and food order was spotty. The waiter/waitress spent more time chatting then on the floor. I was compensated 10 quid for the bad starters. It was not that busy when I was there. The television could have more on it then the 30 sec spot played over and over. Maybe something from the kitchen on how the food is cooked and other things. Main was nice but the visit was overall disappointing. Around 1400 6 jan. when i got the main meal. Went back for a review. Had chicken skewers and cuban salad for starters. Chicken tooth pics were ice cold. Makes me believe starter was microwaved to heat up. Salad was nice. Main, one chicken breast was well cooked and the other was like shoe leather. Tv still suckes.
Looking for a place for a drink with friends in the afternoon and this location proved absolutely ideal. We quickly found a table, with a member of staff prompt in asking us whether we wanted food as well as drinks. Our drinks were served quickly. Atmosphere was quiet enough for us to chat but equally lively and vibrant. We were able to relax, enjoy our drinks, chat, and watch the busy streets outside. Big shout out for Matt, Sophie and Skye for their warm welcome and service.
Food is fantastic, been here 3 times within the last month, service is hit and miss, was great service in the day time but night time was poor, waited ages for food and drink order to be taken even though when we first went in and approached the bar the girl said she would come and take an order shortly, after waiting quite a while I approached the till, the young guy was new and had to go and ask the girl for help who eventually came to the table for the order, they also put a service charge on the bottom and state you have the option to remove, but don't agree with this as I think it's uncomfortable for the customer to ask for a service charge to be removed even if it is bad service, I think this can put some people off. Food is delicious, really tasty, place is nice gives holiday chill vibe, service and service charge let it down.

Pet Friendly which is amazing for me and my pooch! The menu has something suited for everyone in my opinion! Delicious food, tasteful drinks and very friendly staff with amazing service! Would recommend to anyone!
