Nice cocktails. Nice place. And I'll know where to go the next time I want to be condescended to by a patronising supercilious waitress. Asked what our table number was so I could use the online ordering system, to be told, "we don't use that on a Saturday, as it is too busy", accompanied by a lovely "sod off" smile, as I counted 5 empty tables beside me. We always hear about being kind to serving staff.... Maybe that would be easier if some of them didn't talk to you like they had just scraped you off their shoe.
Visited for a work function, 18 of us, so a big crowd. The staff were excellent, the place itself wasn't too busy which hopefully helped, but we had our food on time, which was delicious (I opted for the steak, of course). Drinks were brought out timely and we didn't have to wait at all. The food was part of a set menu, so they knew knew in advance the order, but it was all still well cooked, tasty and barely a wait, all brought out at a reasonable time. Once all finished, we stayed for a few more drinks. The smoking area outside was.. Interesting, met some colourful people (backs onto a car park), but this didn't matter. I have to stop smoking anyway!
Went for the Drag Bingo event, was amazing. They are cashless, but thwy provide every tabel with a QR code for ease. I would zay that any deala onky come off once you select checkout. Table service was fast too and staff were really nice.
The restaurant has live music on certain nights. The vibe is really upbeat but relaxed. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean. The food is pretty good, the drinks are pretty good too! You have to find parking at a garage or side street. No parking is available in front of the restaurant.
Great Bar and Restaurant with an authentic Cuban feel. Cuban style decor, drinks and food coupled with a great atmosphere, good music and excellent service. We tried the tapas menu, cocktails and desserts and everything was spot on. The food was flavoursome, fresh and well presented. We will definitely be back again.
