Went for Sunday lunch, not the cheapest place in town but the food and service is superb. The man at front of house is very good at making you feel special. Now one of our regular places to eat.
Greeted with a smile by every member of staff. Sunday lunch carvery - superb and busy. Waiter went out of his way to bid us farewell. Will certainly be returning.
Just spent a weekend at this lovely hotel. Rooms are excellent as well as the food, especially the Sunday carvery, which was superb, along with the entertainment. Will be back!
So disappointed in this restaurant if that's what they call themselves. Went for a Sunday carvery and the staff where shocking. We was told that it closed at 3pm but was aloud to book a table for that time? Seems strange we stood for 5 minutes after countless amounts of staff walking past us. No other options just carvery! Not even soup! Gluten free Yorkshire puddings where vile was so rubbery. Honestly not worth the visit staff where just so rude such a Shame
First time here. I really enjoyed the experience. I had the midweek carvery. Everything was fresh and hot, the gravy was tasty and the roast potatoes were lovely. Only a little disappointed that you couldn't go up for a second plate of veg and gravy as the plates were small. I don't like cramming my plate with food, makes me look desperate haha. Other than that it was great. The coffee was a tad expensive but good quality. I dislike paying over £3.50 for a latte this was £4.25. Having said that I would go back again.
