Fantastic customer service, I am writing on behalf of a friend who I booked into Revado due to a travel emergency as trains cancelled due to a storm. The hotel staff helped me to guide my friend towards the hotel over the phone after she got lost when trains were cancelled. She was very impressed with the room, says it is so comfortable and we are grateful for the good service. I will make sure to stay in Revado when I am next in town and say thankyou personally.

The hotel was lovely, very clean, great amenities and very friendly staff. The only thing that let it down was the mattress, we spent the night & following day really suffering 😪 (room 19)

I had a amazing experience at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and cozy and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is also very conveniently located near the railway station and bus stops. Highly recommended !!!
