Good pub well presented good experience staff friendly not a foody place that's why I think it's worth a visit
Absolutely brilliant. 9.30 on a Tuesday night had a sing along & everyone was out of tune but you know it didn't matter. My mate's & I are Geordies & the hospitality laughter was fantastic from you southerners ( wish we had gone there for lunch & Stayed till closing time. Fully recommend it. Have to move on as we r on a canal boat. Love to return. Wish you all the best. Dave... the bloke with specs on just head + stacks if laughter. Absolutely 5 stars
The bar woman was wonderful, but we came with friends one was from Jamaica and he brought chicken wings, not aware you couldnt bring food into a pub. We apologised BUT talk abt eyes burning into your skin, the atmosphere was awful. Clearly a locals pub. Nice karaoke guy and nice bar woman.
