Really lovely country pub with great ales. Haven't tried food yet, but looking forward to sampling soon. Decor and ambience really lovely.

Great place for Sunday lunch. Reasonable prices. Great service. Lovely setting. But why no cauliflower cheese 🤔. Really enjoyed it. We will be back.

What a great meal we had when we were celebrating our Grandsons 24 birthday last week! A very warm welcome coupled with newly refurbished interior leads to an excellent meal . We wish the Red Lion Great. Chatwell every success for the future. Recommended .

Sharon and Ade run a great pub loads of great food at reasonable prices and a huge selection of ales and lagers. Be under no illusion this pub is great, and has undergone a massive refurbishment and a brilliant place to eat and drink, come along and you will not be disappointed.
