The establishment seriously need to sort out their female doorstaff. Absolutely shocking. Rude arrogant and unprofessional And as for the rule of allowing no hoods on clothing male door staff wearing black hoodies.
Have to say the place has gone really down hill 😞. Didn't eat but went to 90s night 09/12/23. The music was atrocious, considering this is one of the busiest Christmas weekends for party's this has to be the worst night Ive had. My friend was assaulted by a woman who had been removed once and let back in. Our partys average age was 45 we were no way trouble makers but the atmosphere was awful. DJs didn't read the room at all and just played hardcore house. Hardly anyone was dancing. This once was a good place to go. Red by night get it sorted, get rid of the chavs and make it a good night for decent folk again. Left at 12:30 couldn't take it any longer.
Great vibe and lots of fun. Decent range of drinks too. If you are the Waterfront, it is the palace to go to end your night!

Great venue. Nice clean environment. Staff are friendly and a nice selection of beers. Outdoor area is nice and clean. Lovely view of the canal. Showcasing local bands! Book your gigs
