What a beautiful little find, the views, the food and the staff are wonderful. The locals are very friendly. I had the fish and chips and my fiancé had the prawn risotto, both of us have never eaten anything like it it was phenomenal. Highly recommended!! Thank you to all the staff, we will deffo return!

We visited and had a meal. It was fantastic. We had the lamb shank and it was so good my husband picked up his plate to slurp the left over gravy. I would have loved to have done the same, but I couldn't make myself in public. It's really cozy, and everyone was welcoming and friendly. We will definitely visit again.

We love this place. A huge choice of freshly-cooked, proper, delicious pub food, kind hosts and lovely waiting staff, good-natured, welcoming "local regulars"- what more could one want! Lucky us!

Cosy village pub. Seems to do good business, giving it a good atmosphere. Great food - mix of homecooked style with a bit of flair for presentation, but not to the extent of some pubs where it's all style no substance. Can't remember having a meal I would rate below "good". Nice selection of beer and cider. Outside tables are usually quite well sheltered and so nice on an autumn afternoon especially if the sun's still out. Advisable to book if wanting to eat inside in the evenings. Can usually find a table for two, but bit risky if you're a larger group.

It’s a place for a nice meal, it feels more like a restaurant. If it’s some family occasion I would choose this pub! In fact I am going to book it for my upcoming birthday)). It’s beautiful and located in a very picturesque spot. The owners and the waiters are always friendly and the food is loooovely!
