A Bridgehouse brewery pub, the Railway is tastefully decorated and is larger than it looks from the outside with an open layout.
A wood-burning stove provides a cosy atmosphere in winter, and there is ample outdoor seating at the front for sunny days. Very much a village local, the pub hosts a quiz on Thursday. New landlady Karen will be looking to offer more events. On Cask Ale Club Mondays, all cask ales are served at a discount. The pub is just a stone's throw from Cononley railway station, but don't dally if catching a train south - allow time to cross the level crossing before the barriers come down.
Lovely find at the end of a long walk - staff were super friendly and the food was delicious - special shout out to the delicious chips & onion rings 🙏🏻
Great place for a drink, friendly service, go again.
I was solo camping Fri to Monday in a small tent so ate/drank at this smart pub 3 times. Staff so friendly and welcoming, couldn't do enough despite being extremely busy. Hope to visit again hope to bring hubs with me next time. Food excellent - had fish n chips n Sunday Roast.
What a lucky find, came across this lovely place during a walk from skipton along the canal. We had a couple of nice tasty coffees and a bowl of chips to keep us going. Great value for money and lovely polite staff. The whole place was fresh like it had been newly refurbished, fresh clean toilets, tvs in the bar and great outdoor seating area.
Really good pub nice selection of beers only £3 a pint and £2 a pint Mondays. Called in Sunday afternoon live music on nice afternoon.
