Called in for an early evening pint just as they were opening up. It was very quiet but bartender was friendly and they have a nice selection of beers.
The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Really friendly people and amazing prices.. loved it!!!

Best pub going Googlers. No better bag of scratchings, land Lord is a legend and it is in the CAMRA book of best beers in UK. Do not go to the toilet when Simon "sweepy" proud is in unless you have a black and Decker multi tool down your trousers to spate the embarrassment. All in all excellent pub.
