Don't get mistaken by the location! The Quadrant is quite a cosy Pup regardless of its location in the heart of Brighton! However, once inside, you feel quite isolated from the chaos of the busy road outside. They have a great selection of beers, and the team is very welcoming and kind.
A decent pub on the main drag without the chaos of West Street. Beer selection is pretty good too and the venue is split over a few levels which is interesting. All in all it’s never captured the imagination though and the bar staff can be a bit frosty at times. The beer isn’t cheap either. In the main I’d probably opt for another nearby pub truth be told. On a quieter weeknight it’s much calmer and a bit more affable once the weekend warriors have dispersed.
We love this little proper pub. This is not our first visit, but we popped in yesterday for a pint. A lovely warm welcome. Good choice of beer and cider. Our dog Roo enjoyed her cuddles and gravy bones too. Thank you. We'll be back.
Very cool little pub! Really like their own brewed beer, and the seagull glasses that it comes in. Was quite quiet when we visited as was during the day, but can imagine it’s got a really cool cosy atmosphere on a busy Saturday night.
Really nice old traditional pub in the heart of Brighton center. Good selection of ale of tap. All the other usual drinks from a pub. It does have out front outdoor seating area. Staff are polite and helpful and I will go back to sample some more of there rare cask ales. Yum 😋.

A hearty Brighton boozer found in the very centre of town, The Western is a popular haunt thanks to its bustling street side tables in the summer and central plot just shy of the beach. Boasting two floors of good ol' fashioned pubbin'
