Really worth a visit, we went for Sunday lunch which was cooked to perfection. Price reasonable so highly recommended. Parking limited but its right in middle countryside so to be expected.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely interior. Food was delicious. We'll definitely visit again.
Lovely pub great views around from inside. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Menu looked lovely and reasonable priced. Will definitely be back to try the food.
Step this way for proper well cooked food, great service, a warm welcome and a good selection of beers to wash it all down assuming you like beer of course. A great lunch, pie of the day for me, Cajun chicken for Denise, both delicious and proper portions. No searching for the filling in the pie, the vegetables were perfectly cooked, and the gravy was … I wish I’d asked for the recipe as my gravy doesn’t taste like that. Try it, you will neither be disappointed or leave hungry.
Can't comment on rooms as we didn't stay overnight. We had booked as a coach trip for the afternoon. (27 people) and the food was served very quickly and was piping hot. Good service. Food was lovely. Friend had fish and chips and she said they were delicious. I had mince and dumplings and it was very nice. Sticky toffee pudding was lovely . Staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks a bit pricey but that's part for the course nowadays. Definitely recommend and would go back.
