The Price of Wales West End Esher has had a full makeover and looks very good, the service and food we had were very good. the dinning room was very loud, this is due to no soft furniture or sound proofing.

We have been to Prince of Wales many times in the past and always enjoyed it and have always recommended to family and friends...however this was the first time we have visited since the upgrade and though its impressive in the conservatory the rest of the bar was dark and it looked tired and unfinished!!..The food was ok but we though the portions were very small for the price and nothing special a little disappointingly. The service a little upsidasicle we were asked if we would like some olives whist we waited for our friends but they never arrived and had to ask for water a few times before we actually got some!!!..maybe we'll give it a rest before we visit again!!!!

Amazing refit to this Pub, and a great choice of drinks and food which was really nice and everyone enjoyed their choice. I think the service could of been better, very slow at the bar and a few mistakes on the food order. I guess this should improve as its fairly new. I will be back.

First time since the refit at Prince of Wales and it was fab. Great atmosphere, busy considering it was mid Jan, bar was busy and the restaurant full. Service from our waitress Fiona was great. Loved the food and the vibe the pub gave off, Will definitely be back.

Absolutely poor service. It took 2& half hours to serve a drink and main course to a friend and myself. No coffee as machine had broken down. The food was over cooked. The batter on the fish was too crisp and burnt. Overall it was a dreadful experience. The refurbishment looks good but food and service are not worth a visit.
