Lovley village pub ..new chef ..
Lovely Inn. Food was amazing from Neil. Am not a local but it was nice to popin for a bit to eat. And chatted to some local people. Chloe loved getting spoilt too
Proper local pub, simple but good menu, food typical pub grub, the new owner couldn’t do more for us
Despite a big sign outside saying dogs welcome , I took my dogs in and was told they’re not allowed in the lounge as people are eating - there was not a single person in sight let alone anyone eating. When politely questioned the landlord told me “I suggest you move on”… well I suggest you get a business brain, turning custom away in these hard times. I like to support small local pubs but how can you with such braindead incompetent clowns in charge. I’ll stick to the millers arms , a nice pub with a welcoming atmosphere.
Stopped for a quick pint. Lovely pub. Will be back to try food soon. Have now been back for food. Excellent. Will be back soon. Stopped here again July 2019. Lovely spot for a drink.
