Traditional village pub having a large public bar to the front; behind this is a games room which in turn leads to a pretty cottage garden.
Wall pictures depict the Vulcan Bomber, which has close associations with nearby Bruntingthorpe Airfield. Earliest definitive reference to this pub is recorded in the 1841 census but the building is obviously much older than this. It is thought to have originally been a terrace of cottages and, to this day, retains a cottagey ambiance.

Great country pub, had a great night playing our skittles match, good banter, great beer and a nice supper. What more could you want.
Lovely, homely pub & friendly. :)
Drop in for cooling drink. No food available but happily made up some lovely cheese cobs. Nice surroundings as well
A proper pub! Good choice of beers but the wine selection is a bit limited. They do a great sandwich. You can play snooker and watch sport.
Great little pub, excellent beer with a good choice, very friendly atmosphere with well thought out covid rules in place. Lovely place to stop on a bike ride, very nice pint of Tribute.
