Perfect traditional pub, a favorite goto. Warm atmosphere and great selection of ales and whiskeys, a hidden gem.
The beer was good but the pub has a musty smell and the toilets are outside and like a throw back to the 70's! worth a look to just see what it used to be like in a pub 40 years ago - I don't think its been modified in that time!
A very special pub, tucked away in a corner of town. I stumbled there by chance years ago, despite living 100+ miles away returning is something of a pilgrimage. Not sure it's the beer choice, very decent as it is, mo macro junk here. But it's the Landlord/ Landlady, warm wonderful folk who set the atmosphere right, heavenly.
Wonderfully relaxed homely pub... warm welcomes with a great variety of beers regularly changed. French bread filled rolls plus cooked meals available - a real treat - experience a good family atmosphere with a medium-sized outside seating area - perfect sun trap in the summer.
Fabulous hidden gem, great real ales, contenetal beers, and amazing selection of whiskey if that's your thing ! Cobs available on a Friday Saturday and Sunday. Always a must visit when in Worcester.
