These guys do a nice pint of lager and ale on the right day. Despite having 5 odd ale taps however, only two max seem to be on. Usually I miss out on a good one. I did find their London pride to be almost at draught lager temperature which ruined the taste for me. It was almost ice cold. I decided to have Stella for the rest of the evening because of it. As for food, I’ve eaten here once and I’d say the food is ok. I ordered a 10oz steak with chips, rings, peas and a tomato. The food came out very fast, piping hot. The only let down was despite the steak being cooked to perfection rare, it was very chewy and took longer than expected to finish. This isn’t usually the case when I order steak. Nevertheless, I’m nice and full and had a good time here.
We were looking for a place very last minute to watch a certain Sport match... and this spot did not disappoint! The atmosphere was great, Customer Services great, Drinks were reasonably price and our team won the game!! haha If you are looking for a great night out - this is the place!
Great Xmas lunch experience. The food was good and served hot and attractively presented. Staff were efficient and friendly, so there were no problems for the 12 guests present. Excellent value for a 3 course Xmas lunch with all the trimmings at under £20 a head, and the drinks were not overpriced either. Best value in Leighton Buzzard as far as I'm concerned.
Fantastic service from Hunter and Jesse. The Latte for my nan was amazing and she said it was better than Costa and Cafe Nero! I had the Cheese and Bacon Burger as it was on the meal deal for the day. The Burger was better than the local Chicken shops as not as greasy, and Luke in the Kitchen ensured I would enjoy it even with being a very picky eater. The biscoff Sunday was to die for and will definitely be having again when I visit.
Good food at a good price. The staff were super helpful and nice. Will be back.
