The food was lovely and the service was excellent. Neve served us and was very polite and friendly. Must try if you are near to the canary wharf
I used to love this place back when it was called Giant Robot but I went back recently and I was sorely disappointed. They use to have a games and different food stands with options from around the world but now they turned into a posh place with average food. The server was very nice to us but as soon as he realized that we were just there for drinks he stopped coming and let our drinks sit on the counter for 10-15 minutes before bringing them to us. I also asked for tap water 3 times before I finally got a glass and the same thing for the bill. I won't be coming back!
The best things about this place are its location and the interior design. But unfortunately the music was too loud. I haven't tried any main dishes but brownie was not worth the price.
Love waiting staff, they were absolutely rushed off their feet. So this place does seem under staffed! They couldn't of done more for our table. The food was enjoyable but the serving sizes are wayyyyyy off, the sharing boards quoting 3-4 is obscene, more like for 2 people! I wouldn't recommend going here for a quiet meal or intimate dinner.... Very loud music down the restaurant end you couldn't hear anyone speaking.
We booked the private dining room for a 30th birthday and had a great time. The food was prompt, hot and tasty. We had our own dedicated waiters who were lovely and tailored to our every need. The music setup was not working correctly which was the only gripe, but we had speakers which saved the night. The decor was good and we all had a fantastic time.
